| John's company was referred to us by a dear friend of ours. I was still diligent about receiving other quotes and meeting other contractors to make the best decision for our unfinished basement. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs and needed some new space for playing. John's quotation was below the other contractors. He had a great sense of how to divide the basement into two sections for storage and the playroom. His attention to detail to hide our water pump, utility switches, etc. was very much appreciated. He gave us options, but provided great advice on all aspects of the basement. We are so pleased with his reliability and craftsmanship, we are intending to add on a deck and screened in porch.
